• Initial consultation and audit are provided free of charge
• Custom pricing is determined based on project scope and requirements
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Ensure necessary system access and permissions
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms

Intellectual Property

The automation systems, processes, and custom solutions developed by Scale Saarthi remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement. Clients receive a license to use the implemented systems for their business operations.

Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, we provide our services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes. Performance depends on various factors including client implementation and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Scale Saarthi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
